Sharing but not 'sharing', Great Views of the Castle. close to Grassmarket and Quartermile, close to the Meadows. £900/pcm inclusive for single non-smoking person only, (no pets). Lovely old flat bang in the centre. No hidden extras to pay, (unless you want a TV licence which we do not have.)

Mostly have it to yourself but it is a flatshare…(Heather and I only use the place occasionally).
Hard to describe the quirky set up but imagine your own big studio flat with a platform bed as your room (5.3m x 4.5m), In the pictures, your exclusive room is marked as Bedroom 1, then a shared big bathroom, a well equipped kitchen and spacious lounge (7.2m x 4.3m) (that has our platform bed at one end) and you start to get the picture. (There is also a cycle lock up if needed).

We live far away so most of the time you have the run of the place but we do come to Edinburgh from time to time.

We are looking for a responsible, clean and tidy sharer… ideally Monday to Friday (or similar), professional, quiet, strictly non-smoker, mature.

The flat is on the Vennel stairs (Grassmarket) so not suitable if you have difficulty with steps. Also not so good if you need a car park but very central location means great transport links.
