Double room available in Edinburgh flat

My flatmate is moving in June so I’m looking for someone to move in (available from 27/06/20).

It’s a double room in a spacious 2 bedroom flat share. The flat is off Leith Walk, close to all bus links, shops etc. It’s a lovely bright fully furnished flat with a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom and a box room we use for storage!

Bills aren’t included but usually come to around £100-120 per month depending on the time of year (council tax band B).

The property is managed by a private landlord who has asked that the new tenant is in full time work and can provide:
- proof of address
- proof of income
- previous landlord reference

About me: I’m a 26 year old working in the city centre, I've lived in Edinburgh about 5 years now. I work 9-5 and spend my spare time (pre-lockdown!) at the gym, running or just generally hanging out with pals! Ideally I’d be looking for someone friendly and social, who’s likes hanging out watching tv with a glass of wine every now and then, equally I’m respectful of people’s space and totally have nights where I just want to get in bed and watch Netflix... so a mix of both really!
