i am moving out of this cute room on the 7th of december, so that it will be free then.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I WOULD PAY THE RENT FOR THE FIRST WEEK OF DECEMBER SINCE YOUD MOVE IN AFTER THE 7TH!!!!!! that means you would only pay 413POUNDS FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER and for the following month 550POUNDS!
THE DEPOSIT IS 200 POUNDS
it is a very comfortable room, it is tiny as you can see on the photos but that doesnt make it any less interesting! it is super super bright all day, and the huge flat with its huge kitchen and livingroom make up for it. Plus, the bathroom is just one door away! there are 5 rooms in total.
the view from the flat(esp kitchen) is stunningly beautiful!!!
great transportation possibilities take you to the city in 20 mins and to napier uni in only about 15mins. sainsburys, aldi, mcdonalds and a gym are right around the corner, the gorgie road offers many possibilities for take aways etc!
the flatmates are super chilled, esp. the cat! each of the flatemates either works or studies so the kitchen is the main meeting point in the mornings and in the evenings. everyone is super friendly, we respect each other and care for a nice atmosphere in the flat!
