The flat is a four bedroomed New Town double upper with wonderful views, centrally located, in excellent decorative order, with all modern conveniences. You will have your own use bathroom adjacent , with Electric shower over the bath . Upper floor all to yourself . The live -in landlady is the owner occupier ( retired teacher of Art & Design )

I do not have a licence as yet so not taking bookings there , but am allowed to accommodate a short term tenant(s) . The room is available from now until the start of September , it is clean , comfortable & quiet with a double bed , very good mattress , excellent WiFi, and central heating on . Adjacent is an immaculate own use bathroom with shower & washing machine.
If you are needing a civilised place to stay while in Edinburgh for August , then please get in touch . A minimum two night stay including full cooked breakfast (for two) £250 . Longer residence ie weekly £ 350 for a solo person , with only bedding & towels & continental breakfast provided .
The household is non- outdoor shoe wearing , so be prepared for & respect that.
