i have a calm and comfortable double room with sea views to rent on short term lets in my lovely rented flat in newhaven. the price includes bills. the flat is clean and simple, has gorgeous views of the sea, with a balcony. the room for rent has a double bed with a nice mattress, lots of storage. large shared living room, modern kitchen and modern bathroom with bath and shower. i'm looking for someone mature and responsible, quiet, considerate and laid back. would suit semester / exchange students, people doing short term internships, people doing short term work visits to Edinburgh. several buses to the centre pass by the flat.
