Ensuite room nr Meadows short term 12 Oct - 5 Dec

Large room in a family home looking out onto the back garden and is very quiet. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. TV in the room. The kitchen is shared and there is also a bright, sunny, breakfast room with a fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave for your use, also a cupboard for your food. And a piano! This is not suitable for WFH as the heating is not on during the day in the winter.

We are ten minutes walk from the Meadows and easy walking distance of the centre. Less than 30 minute walk to Kings buildings and bus direct(10 mins) and Edinburgh Royal Infirmary (20 mins)
I am around most of the time as I work from home. We have a small border terrier who is very friendly.

The room is not available over Christmas and New Year ie 18 Dec - 3 January. It is also available January - Easter.

One of my children has a nut allergy so we do not have nuts in the house.
