Location is great for those who want to be near Haymarket with easy bus and train access. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Lidl and coop are nearest grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. Fountainbridge in 10-15 minutes depending on route.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed with storage drawers underneath, chest of drawers, desk, big ikea unit for storing books etc, comfy desk chair, and an integrated wardrobe.

The rent itself is £650 but it will be £800 including all bills even if it costs more than this. Breakdown of bills as follows per person per month based on 4 people living in the flat.

- internet: £10
- electricity and gas: at least £60 each

Living room is nice and big, and kitchen comes with all the modern amenities including a fan oven, steam oven, hot water tap, dishwasher and dedicated cupboard space. Central heating throughout.

Bathroom is shared with one other person.

We're looking for easy going, tidy and friendly person who might share similar interests to us but not necessary. Preferably an employed professional looking for long term.

We are an easy going couple, relatively tidy and not party animals. We are social but prefer to keep to ourselves mostly. One of us works full-time, and the other part-time. We like going out for movies, spending time with friends, cooking, playing board games and planning travels.

We have a shy cat called Ziggy so we would like a cat lover and someone who is not allergic to cats and is happy to help occasionally look after Ziggy if and when we are away.

Room is available from Monday, 17 April. Earlier is not possible but can negotiate a later start date if necessary.
