Single room in Maybury

Single room OR double room (not both)

I am looking for either a student or a professional, man or woman and between 18 and 35-year-old, of any nationality to replace me in my room in Maybury.

Street name: North Gyle Loan
As you can see on the maps, it seems a little far, but the bus connection is excellent as the airport bus stops 5mn from the flat. That also means that we got a secured night bus, as it works 24/7. There are also other busses and night busses passing by.

The Gyle shopping centre is in walking distance (around 10mn walking) and there you can find a huge Morrissons supermarket with great discount prices, amongst other stores.
You are close to the Edinburgh airport but I have never heard any plane noises.

You can choose between a double or a single room:
The single room is £410/month + £20 for internet and around £20 for bills, so around £450/month everything added up.
The double room is £490/month, so it would come to £540.
Council tax is shared so it would come to £62 except if you are student.

You would be sharing the flat with Loïc, a 22-year old French professional.

The room would be available within a week.
