Shared bathroom, livingroom and kitchen areas. Large shared garden at the back of the flat. Free parking in the street. Next to shops such as Aldi and Sainsburys. Bus routes 1,2,3,4,22,25,30,33, 34,35,38,44 all within a 5 minute walk.

About myself (Current tenant) I'm a 23 year old nursing student in my final year of study at Napier. I'm relatively tidy and like to keep the flat nice and clean. I play rugby and enjoy running. I occasionally dog sit for my family so you would have to like dogs. I enjoy going out with friends and often have friends round to the flat so you would have to be relatively sociable.
