Room in shared house in Pilton (Short term only)

This is a recently renovated cosy house in Pilton. Very good bus connections to the city center and universities, approx. 30 min commute. You would have your own room, with a double bed and share the common areas of the house (spacious living room, kitchen and a toilet) with me. The house also benefits from a private front and rear gardens.
About me: I am a Ph. D. student and international development consultant in my late 20s. I arrived in Edinburgh a year ago and I moved into this house last September. I like to live in a peaceful and calm space but I have lived in shared houses ever since I moved out in my early 20s and really enjoy having people around.

The rent does not include bills (internet gas and water) which will be approx ( £60-70 per person a month). We would not pay council tax as I am a student and the only person in the lease. I ask for a deposit of £400 to be returned once you leave.
I am a dog foster for a local charity supporting women that have suffered from domestic violence and have a little dog living with me.
I am looking for someone to move in asap until the end of May (so a month-month and a half stay only). So this is not a place for those looking for year-term stays.
