Hi everyone,
My girfriend and I decided to rent our spare room here in the south side, the flat si about 3 min away form the RIE (walking distance), and about 15/20 min (by bus) to rooyal mile. We alreay have plenty of experience with short term rent but we' ve decided to get someone longer ( for our peace of mind!!).
We' re both very quiet people and the flat is super clean and tidy.
if you smoke too please bear in mind smoking is only allowed out side of the flat.
Last but not the least sharing the flat is also our super cute 1 yo baby ,he is very quiete and friendly.
Ideally we'd love to have have a wee chat on skipe first or if you're already in the city we can arrange a viewing!!
