Double available Mon-Fri

Looking for a quiet, clean and reliable lodger on a short term basis to stay in my flat from now until end Feb 19. Female preferred. You would have the flat to yourself most of the time, I will need to pop in some weekends.

Rent - £375 per month Mon-Fri, £450 per month 7 days per week including Council Tax. Plus gas and electric used.. NB: no broadband but may be possible to arrange mobile broadband.

My flat is a quiet, 'garden flat' located in the Shandon area of Edinburgh with lots of green space close by with Harrison Park and the Union Canal. It's centrally heated, with bath and electric shower, cooker, microwave, washing machine. There is free on street parking available. Distance to West End of Edinburgh City Centre on foot approx. 30 minutes and on a choice of x 6 bus routes to the centre. May consider 7 days a week short term let.
