Young female professional seeking flatmate

Hello! I'm Marion, a 23 year old living in the Stockbridge/Comely Bank area of the city, looking for a new flatmate to join me. It is a 2 bed flat, but there is a small spare room for guests (the flat doesn't have a HMO license so I am only looking for 1 person, not 2). The room is nice and spacious, very bright and already comes fully furnished (apart from tv and white drawers in picture). The livingroom is also a lovely open space, which I would want to use to hangout and chill with my new flatmate - I want us to be pals, not just flatmates :)

Looking for someone who likes keeping communal areas tidy/clean, but also make it a cosy flat that feels like a home. Would prefer someone who is looking for somewhere a bit more long term, so I don't have to do this process again in a couple of months.

Move in date can also be a bit flexible, depending on the urgency!
