Centrally located room in flat share

The flat is located on Lothian Road which is very central. Grassmarket, Edinburgh Castle and Princess Street are within 5-10 minutes walking distance.
Additionally, you have a very good connection to public transport and a lot of possibilities for daily grocery shopping like Sainsbury's, Tesco, Poundland and Coop. The flat itself has a castle view from the kitchen.

The room comes with a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe, a chair and a desk. It is quite bright all day long as the windows are facing the southwest.

The rent is £425. All bills included. Except for heating costs which are £10 in the summer months and around £20-30 in the winter months.

You’ll be sharing the flat with 5 nice flatmates, all aged between 23 - 29.
We have a mix of people from Canada, Spain, Germany & Australia here, so quite an international flat. Everybody works different schedules, so the flat is surprisingly quiet considering 6 people are living here.
Everybody is friendly & you can always find somebody to go for a pint with. You’ll be staying with 3 males & 2 females.
