Double Room In Spacious Flat Near Stockbridge

We have a double room to rent in a spacious flat. It is situated in a quiet area with great access to local amenities and buses.
We are looking for a flatmate who is sociable, likes to cook (or just likes to eat). We mostly eat together and share food family style (mainly vegan). Living is generally easy going, mostly just hang out in the living room in the evenings, watch films and have a chat.
Both of us work full time jobs and would prefer a professional or someone who's happy to share council tax bills (about £45pm)
We are generally tidy, don't mind a bit of clutter but would generally prefer someone who can keep stuff clean.
