Double Room In Edinburgh

Hello! I have a double bedroom available in my flat in the southside of Edinburgh. The flat is a 10 minute drive from the city centre and well connected with regular buses and plenty of free on street parking. It is located right next to Blackford Hill with a supermarket and gym nearby.

The room is currently only available until June/July and would suit a short term let (start date can be flexible). It is a sunny double room facing the garden with plenty of storage space. The rest of the flat consists of a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom plus a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Rent would include all bills within reason - WIFI, council tax, gas/electricity.

I am looking for a friendly professional flatmate who will feel relaxed in the flat whilst keeping it tidy. I am a vet working in Edinburgh so kept quite busy during the week but otherwise spend my time out with friends or at the gym/yoga.
