Rent is £450 per month including council tax, water and sewage.
NOT included is gas and electricity bills (average cost is approx. £20-30/person/month)

Lots of takeaways, tesco express, puregym 10 mins etc within 5 minutes walk
Good bus link to town with bus stop within a minute away. Also night bus.
