Hello, I’m offering a very clean and newly refurbished medium to large size bedroom with a double bed a storage cupboard and 2 tables.

There is free Wi-Fi available, blinds and curtain to ensure a solid nights sleep.

The room within my home which facilitates numerous way to get in and out of town. My home is a very clean and quiet home.

The deposit (non refundable) is £100, payments of £350 per month is expected on the beginning of each month. Cash or Bank transfer.

I’m ideally looking for a female resident who is clean and can keep noise to a minimum, you may choose to stay for 6 months or for 1 year.

Upon initial contact, a formal face to face interview will be needed, evidence of who you are, which university (and course you study), or where you work and emergency contact information.
