Our lovely flatmate is leaving after over 3 years! So a good-sized double bedroom is now available in a four bedroom flat, with shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is a triplex with airy, light and spacious rooms.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed with storage underneath, chest of drawers, desk, chair, and an integrated wardrobe.

All bills are included - council tax (band G) electricity, gas, internet (fibre broadband), factor fees which works out to be roughly £150-£200 per month depending on the season , already included in the rent.

The flat has been renovated and comes with all the modern amenities. Living room is nice and big with open plan dining (please note that it has been redecorated since the attached living room picture was taken). Kitchen is bright and modern which includes a steam oven, hot water tap, dishwasher and lots of cupboard space. The bathroom will be shared between the two bedrooms (two people only). Central heating throughout.

We're looking for an easy going, tidy and friendly person who might share similar interests to us, but not necessary! We are easy going, relatively tidy and not party animals although we do like to invite friends over from time to time for board game or movie nights. We keep to ourselves mostly but can be social and enjoy chats and get togethers occasionally. We like going out for movies, spending time with friends, cooking, playing board games and planning travels.

We also have our cat, Ziggy! So flatmate should be okay with cats if not a cat lover!
