I have a great furnished room near the Shore in Leith.
Important stuff : I pay the gas/ electricity and internet (VM 500 mbps) so there are no bills to worry about, it’s all included.
Getting to Uni is very easy as the tram takes about ten minutes to St Andrew's Square, then it's a five minute walk (to Old College). There's a choice of buses going to Chamber Street as well (34 & 35).
I'm looking for someone for the start of term as the room is occupied until the end of the month when, ideally a student at the University of Edinburgh; preferably in third year at least or PhD (Kings building people be warned, it is a long way away!). I'm also looking for someone for the whole academic year, not just one semester - sorry.
