The only thing you will need to organise separately is your own contents insurance.

Located near a large Morrisons, a lovely park, the beach promenade, and Powerleague football, the closest gym is Pure Gym at Craigleith. Great bus links to the city centre.

I enjoy a good balance between activity and downtime. I enjoy spending time outdoors hiking and camping. As a teacher I really appreciate a calm and chilled home environment after work. As a flat mate I like my routine and often need time to myself but I enjoy a chat too.

A professional who’s clean, tidy and considerate. Ideally not working from home full-time — someone who is sociable but also enjoys their own space and values a quiet, welcoming flat.
