Haymarket Flat for Springtime - Orwell Terrace

If you are an Edinburgh Napier (perhaps other unis negotiable) student looking for somewhere to stay during springtime (or earlier if need be, in which case some further arrangements required) near the very centre of Edinburgh, I will be moving out of my lovely student accommodation and be needing a student to take over my tenancy when I finish university early in April.
Orwell Terrace is a modern accommodation for 20 plus-year-olds with ensuite rooms and semi double (actually comfy) beds.
Merchiston campus and the centre are a 15-minute walk away, Haymarket Station is roughly 5 minutes away and there are plenty of buses going everywhere (including the airport) practically within the reach of your hand. Currently I pay just under £650 a month including all bills and Internet.
Currently there are 5 guys and 3 gals (including me) living in the 8-bedroom flat, from various backgrounds and with loads of interesting stories!
