I am looking for a young professional to move into the large double bedroom in my Slateford Road flat on the West side of Edinburgh, the room will be available from the 10th of February.
The flat is located in Appin Street, just off Slateford Road. It is is a fully furnished new build property with private residents parking and has excellent access to the 4, 34, 35 and 44 bus routes into the centre of town. The flat is right next to the new Slateford Road Lidl and Chesser Asda is also a minutes drive away.
The flat has a large shared kitchen, living room, balcony and hallway and plenty of storage space. I currently occupy the en-suite which means the main bathroom within the flat is solely for use for the new tenant that occupies the vacant double room.
Gas and electricity is currently paid via invoice on a quarterly cash basis (and is usually around £150 for the 3 months), meaning the only monthly bills are council tax and wifi, which will be split 50/50 with myself.
I work Monday-Friday and usually spend my evenings at the gym, at rugby training and watching TV/Netflix when I get back in. My weekends are generally spent playing sport, out with friends, watching movies or visiting family. I am looking for someone clean, tidy and sociable to move into the spare room who is always up for a bit of banter, keen to hang about when they around, but also enjoys their own time and space when it's needed.
