Description
Cute double room available just off bustling Leith Walk, Edinburgh. Why would you live anywhere else in this braw city?
The second-floor flat is a classic tenement flat, very light and airy. The kitchen is spacious with high ceilings, it also features a dining table and sofa. And there is a ceiling pulley maid for your washing (I mean, I was excited). The bathroom is luxuriously tiled and has a powerful shower. It has a fridge, freezer and washing machine too.
The room available is semi-furnished, it has a bed, sideboard and built-in wardrobe and shelves.
I've lived here since August 2018 and I'm looking for a chill, tidy and sociable flatmate.
Bit about me? I work in arts marketing - therefore I work a lot and drink way too much coffee. Cultural activities are my jam, often out at exhibition opening or at a play. You're as likely to find me doodling while watching shows (currently into The Marvellous Mrs Maisel), as you would down the pub for a pint. Current musical obsession? Just back from the Anjunadeep Explorations Festival.
As a flatmate, I'm super tidy, conscientious and a pretty good cook (especially if you like curries and Mexican food).
If you are a female professional (no students, sorry) and looking for a nice new flat, then let me know.
Any questions, here to help. Get in touch to arrange a viewing and to have a chat.
Please note: anyone moving in would have to go through the letting agent's reference process and pay the deposit in advance.
All bills are around £110 per person (this includes Council Tax Band B, Electricity, Gas and Internet).
