University Acomodation Available at Brae House

I am currently looking to sub let the remainder of my time at the Brae House as I am trying to move into a private flat with another medical student. Per my contract I have to replace myself to exit my lease.

Brae House is right next to Holyrood Palace and the royal mile. 10 minute walk to Arthurs seat. Near bus stops for easy access to Leith, Portobello, Princes Street, Bruntsfield, and even down to the Pentlands.

I am looking for a student to take over my lease for 3-4 months which then you can decide wether or not to extend the lease (which grants you a discount). The other flatmates are quiet and studies. I rarely hear or see them aside from the occasional fire door shutting.

Other benefits include, all utilities paid, internet included, washing facilities, study rooms, common room with pool and games, tv. Constant house social actives from baking to going out on tours and pizza movie nights. Covered bicycle parking area. Someone always present to receive post.
