Modern flat, cosy bedroom, private bathroom.

This is a house of joy. That is the most important point. Which means you need to be somebody who is self-aware, gentle, kind, and interesting. You're a practical problem solving person. The flat is very clean and modern. Bedding and towels are provided.

The non-negotiables:
*The room is only available from 11 October 2020, and can only be seen from then on. I cannot do any viewings beforehand because I'm travelling, but the photos do it justice.
**Couples are welcome but it's £750 per month.
***Dogs are welcome but not cats because I'm allergic and they're psychopaths.
****There is storage but it's limited. There is no room for you to bring any furniture at all. There is a thin but adequate wardrobe, and a storage cupboard that would fit 2 or 3 suitcases, but that's all. You should be much closer to the scale of minimalism if you want to live well here.
*****Although it’s a shared house, you will actually mostly be living alone. I am away unpredictably all the time and for long periods.

The room has a super king bed, and built in wardrobe. The private bathroom is directly next to it. Its a very private space because my bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. If I’m in Edinburgh we'll cross paths in the fully-equipped kitchen (upstairs) or the living room which is downstairs next to your room. There is a private garden if you like being cold and getting rained on.

The closest supermarket and pharmacy are a 3 minute walk away. The city centre is 20 minute walk or there are several buses.

I'm a very friendly and chilled out person. I am quiet, cheeky, and friendly. I work from home when I’m in Edinburgh, am not vegetarian but almost never eat meat. My work is around human rights and health systems. My interests are art, travel, and food. I have seen everything on Netflix that is not-violent. My 14 year old niece tells me my Netflix interests are at the level of a 12 year old girl. A high-five is the most violent act I can tolerate seeing on the screen, maybe because in my human rights work I have dealt with some very extreme abuses. I think my favourite colour is green, but I'm colourblind so maybe it's not. I don't know.
