Hello! I am looking for 2 students for my 3 bedroom flat on Dalkeith Road - Newington Area (EH16 5BW).
You would be sharing with me, 20 year old Undergraduate law student from the University of Edinburgh. As I am going into 4th year I will be studying a lot, but I am looking for two sociable, tidy people.
The flat is a 15 or so minute walk from George Square and Pleasance Sports Hall, and a street over from South Clerk Street. There are also many bus stops around that pretty much go everywhere. The flat is surrounded by all kinds of amenities including several grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, post office etc.
The lease is for between July (2019) until August (2020) - so it is a long term 12 month lease with Braemore letting agency. It is a bright and spacious flat with 3 very large double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 4 storage rooms and a big kitchen. Also a lot of recent works have been carried out like a brand new shower, flooring and boiler etc.
The current rent per month is £510 and bills are an additional £30 or so and the WiFi is £9 or so additional pounds monthly. (These amounts vary based on the providing companies but tend to stay in this range.)
