Nice and Cosy double bedroom in a sharing flat in Southside Edinburgh. The flat has been recently renewed with central heating, double glazed windows, very bright and warm, quiet neighbourhood and area. The flat is well connected-bus stop is just around the corner, 15 mins walking distance to the City Centre and also very close to the bypass. Nearby there are Cameron Toll shopping centre-sainsbury's, Aldi and other shops, Lidl and Fort Kinnaird Shopping Centre. It's not a party flat sorry but meals with friends are very welcomed.

I'm a professional, an easy going, respectful and sociable person. I enjoy socialise but I respect someone else's privacy too. I'm clean and tidy but at the same time relaxed in terms of cleaning duties. I love cooking, swimming and travelling. I rather prefer to share the flat with another professional due the council tax although students who are willing to pay their part are accepted too.
