This single room is located in a two-bedroom flat with Edinburgh castle at the end of the street! The room is furnished with a single bed, large wardrobe, small dresser, under-bed storage, and looking out onto the gardens (to which we have access). It is available from end of March/1st April 2019 due to flatmate moving abroad.

The flat was renovated two years ago and has a modern kitchen, living room with original fireplace, and a modern shower room with separate toilet. You can even see the castle from the living room window if you lean a bit! Makes for great fireworks viewing. Sainsbury's, lots of cafes and restaurants, and Lothian Road are just around the corner, while Princes Street is barely 5 minutes walk away and Haymarket train station is 15 minutes walk away.

Looking for a female flatmate, ideally aged 20-30 years old, professional for council tax reasons, who is tidy and clean. LGBT-friendly. Not really the flat for you if you like to have a lot of flat parties!
