One room to rent right next to Craiglockhart Campus.

Looking for a new flat mate on a short term (6 month Lease then rolling)

Rent - £400 a month and a £350 deposit is required with references.
Bills are around £100 a month and that includes council tax.

There are great links to the city with buses 4,10,27,300 all taking around 15 minutes to reach the city center.

I am 24, quiet and looking for someone similar to rent the room out. I work weekends so looking for someone who can also take this into consideration.
ideally looking for another young professional to move in as well. Mature students considered as long as they are willing to agree to help towards the bills and can guarantee rent.

I enjoy board games, watching films, cycling and play a bit of music.

No pets or smokers.

The flat is fully furnished and the room comes with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and a wardrobe.
