1 Large Double Room Available, West End

We are looking to rent to another young professional to fill our spare double bedroom in our 3 bedroom flat. The flat is a 2 minute walk from Haymarket, and only 5 minutes to Princes Street. Our previous housemate is leaving Edinburgh so we are looking for someone to fill the room.

The current set up of the flat is one female and one couple, working in finance, though we all work for separate companies. We are looking for a flatmate who is tidy, enjoys socialising, and enjoys a drink from time to time.

Rent is £535 per month, and bills (including council tax, internet, and energy) are approx £90-100 per month (though much less in Summer)
