I am moving out for the summer and am looking to fill my double room (with double bed, furnished, large window, ample space). My flat mate is very clean, keeps to themselves and is laid back. The flat has a modern kitchen (gas oven/hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer), a large sitting room with (tv), broadband (hub is in this bedroom) and a decent sized bathroom. The central heating is very good and the flat is 1 min from George Street. Deposit can be negotiated and bills will not be that high. The length of stay can also be negotiated. Ideal for a student nearer the end of their degree but open to all. Photos can be seen upon request for privacy reasons! This flat is not HMO.
