Lovely Double Room

Hi :)

I am renting out my spare room. The room comes furnished, with a double bed, shelves, a side table and built in wardrobe. I would be happy for you to bring your own furniture if you'd prefer. The room is lovely and bright.

The house is clean, modern and is close to town, with good bus links to all over Edinburgh (21, 24, 27, 29, 37, 200). There is a drive way which you would have full access to (I don't drive). The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a washing machine/tumble dryer. There is 1 bathroom and 1 toilet, as well as a private garden.

Bills included are Virgin Media (wifi & TV - there's a 55 inch tv in the living room), TV license, council tax, gas & electric etc.

I am a 23 year old female. I have a 6 month old whippet called Finn and 2 guinea pigs. I work a 9-5 job.

Please be aware that all of the pets share the common areas, so you'll need to be someone who tolerates (and hopefully even adores!) animals.
