Large Double Room, City Centre

Large double room, Across the road from Haymarket Station.

I am looking to move out of the room as soon as possible, in order to save for travel over summer.

There are 4 other friendly flatmates, 3 students and a young professional, all clean, tidy and relaxed!

We are looking for a student or young professional of similar age, apart from that we are not fussy!

The room itself is the biggest in the flat by a fair bit. It comes furnished with a comfy double bed, large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, desk and a large cupboard for extra storage. The double windows let in loads of light when its sunny too.

The flat itself has a very large and comfortable living room, sizeable kitchen (washing machine, large fridge/freezer), two bathrooms and a shower room, as well as, large cupboards for storage in the hall and living room.

Being just across from Haymarket station, you are 30 seconds away from trains and trams, and 10 minutes at most to any buses that run through the centre of town. We are above a tesco that has anything you'd ever need, but there is a lidl 10 minutes walk away as well. Plenty of bars, cafes and gyms all within walking distance, as well as bowling and a cinema at fountainbrdge a 15 minute walk away.

The energy bill will come to around 20 pm in the warmer months and wifi is only 5.40, with a 100mbps connection speed (very fast).

Unfortunately, the landlord doesn't accept couples or pets, sorry!
