Quiet, tidy and friendly student flat

My flatmate and I are currently looking for a lovely new flatmate. We are looking for a mature quiet friendly person for one large room. Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay for the next 2 academic years.

I am currently a student at Edinburgh University and am about to start my fourth year of studying veterinary medicine. I enjoy baking, running and netball. My other flatmate is a pHD student and enjoys reading, drawing, music and long walks.

The flat is owned by a responsive landlord and I’ve been here four years now. The rent is payable throughout the year, including the summer months, and we pay bills communally; currently this comes to about £35pm each to include gas, electricity and broadband.
The flat is on the first floor and has a large kitchen with dining table and a small communal room with a small sofa (see pictures).

The room is available from the 1st of August 2020.
