Looking for communal flatmate

Looking to do viewings this week!

One of our current flatmates are moving to the Italian countryside together to fix up an old house, fantastic right! So we are looking for a couple of social types that want to extend and build new friendships. We all understand though that down time to reboot is needed so not expecting a total live wire.

Bills and Council Tax come to another £43 a month.

Although there is no seperate living room there is a window seating area in the kitchen and we often curl up in it and then sit around the table too. There is a roof top terrace that we also sit on (great for parties) and put inflatable sofas on from time to time.

We do all our shopping together communally and all the cupboards are shared, this is a big thing for us. We currently pay 5£ a week for a veg box and do an ALDI shop every other week which comes to £15-£20 each
