Double Room In Dalkeith Road

Hello guys, my current flatmate is moving at the end of April and I'm looking for someone to join the flat starting from this period. For council tax reason I'm looking for a professional or for a student that is OK with sharing the council tax.

The flat is located in Dalkeith Road and it has all mod cons, dishwasher, great bathroom with shower, gas hob, electric oven, washing machine. It's on the top floor and has a great view onto Arthur's seat, and is very close to shops and the commie swimming pool. There's a big living room with a TV and the Chromecast.

The room has a desk and a double bed, plus a desk chair and a comfy chair, as you can see in the pics I've attached.

We also have a spare mattress and plenty of space for visitors, which I'm generally comfortable about having.

The rent is just under £600 pcm including council tax and all the bills, and internet. Literally that's the whole cost. A deposit of £537,5 is required.

About me, I'm 24, I come from Italy and I work as a research technician in the university. I spend most of my day in King's Building, when I'm home I like to spend time with my housemate and have my own time too. I like cooking, listening to music, watching movies, TV series and football, supporting Inter FC. I like to have nice and interesting chats about politics and a lot of other different topics. I'm quite friendly and open minded too. I'm ideally looking for someone that could share some of these interests with me.
