Double room ensuite in student accommodation

Large room in student accommodation run by Downing Students. I am a PhD student currently living in the 6-person shared flat, but I will soon be moving out. The room is huge and offers gorgeous views of Holyrood Park and Arthur's seat.

The flat is very modern, regularly maintained, and all common areas are cleaned on a fortnightly basis. The other flatmates are very pleasant and never make too much noise.

The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, a microwave, 2 ovens and 2 hobs, a kettle, and ample storage room. It is not used much by the other flatmates, so there is always plenty of room to prepare and cook food.

The building offers bike storage, laundry facilities, broadband internet, and free printing services. There is a common room downstairs, with a large flat-screen TV, a pool table, fussball table, and board games. The staff also organize social events on a weekly basis if you want to hang out and meet new people.

The room is rented out by the University of Edinburgh and they require the tenant to be a postgraduate student (from any university).

All bills are included in the rent.
