The area:
- Frequent, door-to-door public transport to the city centre. 2 miles / 15-minute journey (Buses 4, 5, 15, 26 and 45 plus express services a short walk away from Meadowbank House).
- Easy walking distance to Portobello Beach and Holyrood Park.
- Next to large Morrisons supermarket and other amenities.
- Free on street parking right outside the flat.

About me:
You will be sharing with Kieran, a 33yo male who works full time as an Engineer. You will usually find me at the beach or run club after work. Currently work from home approx. 50%. I also have Maddie, the cocker spaniel, who will want to be your best friend. I have owned this flat for 8 years and have rented the room out for much of that time and I’m still friends with my previous flatmates.

What I am looking for:
- A postgrad student or working professional.
- Ideally you won’t work from home as the room is quite small for that, although my previous flatmate did work from the room and the living room part time.
- Short term lets won't be considered.
- The flat is within a quiet residential block with elderly residents and families with young children - it’s not a party flat. I would need a flatmate who is respectful of this.
- No smokers, couples or pets.
- There is no bike storage space within the flat.
