It is also within a very short walk to Meadowbank Retail Park; home to TK Maxx, Sainsburys, M&S, Poundland etc
From the flat you could easily access Arthur Seat or Carlton Hill area within 5-10 min walk
The flat has got 4 bedrooms, two rooms have an en-suite and the other two rooms share the communal bathroom in the picture .
At the moment there are three males living in the flat, one Italian professional working in an Architecture Firm and two PHD students from Germany and Wales.
I find each of them to be friendly, clean and respectful.
I am looking for considerate flat mates to come and stay at the flat that enjoy socialising but also enjoy their own personal space.
The Kitchen has an amazing Gas Range Cooker and Double Oven.
In the Large Kitchen/Dinning area there is a pantry , big oval table with 6 chairs, Sofa, TV, lots of cupboard space, large fridge, a freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine and a tumble dryer. With great views over a Ball green.
The flat would suit a mature student or a professional that would treat this place like their own home. Sorry No Smokers.
There is a weekly rota where each one take terms although it is absolutely critical that you are prepared to keep the common areas cleaned and tidy as well as your own room.
So if you are clean, friendly, respectful with a good sense of humour you would love this flat.
