There is an off road parking space at the front of the house if required.

There are many parks and nature walks close by such as Colinton dell and the canal which by foot is about a 40 min walk into the town

I am the owner but do not live at the property. You will be sharing with two males and a friendly dog. They are looking to share with one other person.
