Double Room In Modern Flat

Hey my names Cait and I have a double room available from the 1st of July.

I live in a beautiful modern little flat in the West of Edinburgh. Have been here since it was built 2 years ago.

It's located in the new development beside Wester Hailes train station. There is a small shopping centre, a gym, a cinema and a bus terminal with good bus links to and from town just beside my flat. The bus takes 30 minutes usually.

I'm looking for a female professional of a similar age who's fairly clean and tidy and not after a party flat. I work two jobs and spend alot of time at the gym so I'm pretty chilled most of the time.

I do enjoy a drink however, usually at the pub!

The flat was originally unfurnished but I've filled it with my own furniture etc so all you really need is to furnish your bedroom as my current flat mate won't be leaving her bed.

I should also add that I have two cats :)
