Room Available On 30Th June 2020

Hello :)
I have a room available from the 30th of June 2020 for a period of 3 to 6 months (i would consider shorter period if need be). This room is ideal for students/ professionals working at the royal infirmary, city centre, edinburgh napier sighthill campus, George square or Easter bush campus. Postcode is eh17 7ta. Its on a 25mins walking distance to kings buildings. Flat is 2mins walk to bus stop for bus 3..8 and 29. Buses are frequent and takes about 15mins to princes street. There is also the bus N3 which runs at night. There are shops like Morrisons, Iceland, Lidl and Aldi which are 5-10mins walk away. Restaurant close by (4mins walk) if you fancy having a meal out. Various take-aways within walking distance and can also deliver to the flat.
There is lift access, phone entry system and free parking space if you have got a car. Its a 1st floor flat. The room to be rented has the following; side table with drawers and lamp, chair, ward robe, bed/matress, duvet, and pillow (with covers). Very peaceful and neighbour watch area.
You would be sharing with another female who just finished a postgraduate at Edinburgh Uni. That means a professional or a student who will share with me (as my student status has just changed) could be liable to council tax. I don't pry into people's privacy. I am easy going, friendly and like to have a chat over a cuppa (If you want but not compulsory!). I like to go jogging as weather permits but ensure that I get my 10k steps daily. Haha!
Rent is £460 pcm bills inclusive (Wi-Fi, gas and electric) and deposit of £300 is required. Rent period is 3 to 6 months. Shorter period can be considered. Let me know if interested by sending a reply. If you have questions, please let me know.
