I'm Gordon (aged 29) and one of the rooms in my three-bedroom flat will be available from the 22nd of August since a flatmate is relocating to London for work. I'm a data annotator, and my other flatmate Zac is a PhD student. We are friendly and sociable.
The room for let is large (roughly 4.5 metres square), with ample storage and working space in addition to a double bed. The flat is in a quiet, leafy location just off the Meadows, with easy access to shops, bus links and the university. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a spacious living room/kitchen and a private garden out the back (each flat has its own). You would only be sharing the bathroom with one person as my room is en-suite.
Your contribution to bills would be £110, so £800 would cover everything. Please ask if you have any questions.
