Room to rent in Marchmont

Hi,

I'm Gordon (aged 28) and I'm looking for a lodger from mid April as one of my flatmates will be leaving to work abroad. The remaining flatmate, Caspar (aged 24), a friend from my time at Uni, works for the civil service and I'm a writer. We're both friendly and sociable, though more into dinner parties than loud and busy flat parties. Having lived with friends for a long time now, we'd both like a new flatmate who took an interest in getting to know us and who could become a friend. We like board and card games, though this is not a prerequisite for a new flatmate.

The flat is in a quiet, leafy location near the Meadows, with great access to shops and bus links. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is also a spacious living room/kitchen and a garden out the back (each flat has its own). You'd only be sharing the bathroom with one person as my room is en suite. Please ask if you have any questions.
