We are looking for somebody to rent the spare room in our lovely city centre flat in June and July. My flatmate and I are both young professionals, we are conscientious and welcoming and looking for somebody that we get on well with. The flat has a great living room and all bills are included. The flat is excellently located close to the University and Princes Street with great bus links throughout the city and a short walk to Haymarket or Waverley station.
