1 month let - July

This is a modern flat that is very well equipped and close to the centre of town / loads of shops.

25th June until 29th July.
Rent: £445 + Bills
Move in and move out date are somewhat negotiable :)

You will have a large double bedroom and access to the whole flat.
(The bed is a futon and in the photos is folded down to be a one bed, it also makes a great double bed though!).

You will be living with my flatmate who is very lovely and works as an engineer in central Edinburgh.

Bills are £80 per month (council tax, wifi, gas and electricity).
