- FROM JAN TIL MARCH I'll be studying for an exam - there cannot be noise in the house in this period (no friends visiting etc... after this, yes, you can make all the noise you like)

- YOU MUST LIKE ANIMALS - if you don't, save us both some time and look somewhere else!
- looking for someone who will NOT work 100% from home.
- looking for someone mostly vegetarian or at least wiling to try.
- you're welcome to use the whole house: cook in the kitchen, watch TV in sitting room, use washing machine, dishwasher etc.
