Double room shared flat Edinburgh Zoo/Corstorphine

Hey there, this is Vivek.

Looking for a flat mate to rent out the 2nd bedroom in the shared 2 bed rented flat.
My existing flatmate, Sarah, will be moving out at the end of her Erasmus semester in December.

Its a very modern flat with all amenities and very spacious located in a very safe, clean and quiet neighbourhood close to bus stops.

***The property has 2 baths so we each have our own***

Living room is shared and the property is fully furnished and comes with fridge, freezer, washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, cutlery, etc

The rent is £450 pcm and everything else(Utilities, Council Tax Band E, Broadband, etc) will be split equally amongst us.
The rest of the cost will be approximately 130 per person.

A little about me...
I am a Sikh, though not religious and I hail from Mumbai, India and have moved to the UK for work.
In my spare time I like to practice playing my guitar, learning piano, cook, explore new places, go to the golf driving range, play video games or just binge on Netflix and reruns of old shows with a good dram of whisky.
Pubs over clubs anytime..
I am quiet easy going and like to chat although I do respect personal space and if you are the quiet type thats fine by me.
As long as you are considerate we will get along fine.

Please note a reference check will be carried out by the letting agency who manage the property as that is a mandatory requirement set by them.
