Qualities which I appreciate and looking for in a flatmate; responsible, clean & tidy (at least in the common areas to which I also have access), respectful, friendly, considerate. You must be willing to look after the flat and clean up after yourself. The chores will be divided between us weekly/bi-weekly.
You must be employed full-time, with minimum income around £20.000 and have references. This is a requirement by the agency who will also run credit checks prior to accepting anyone.
Rent: £550 , Bills (gas, electricity & internet): £55 , Council Tax: £135 – Total: £740 pp

Room can be available from end of July but the move-in date is flexible and can be discussed.
