Double room in New Town flat

Hi there!

We are three young female professionals (in our twenties) looking for someone new to come and share our flat. We all have fairly busy lives but always find time to have a chat and catch up, other than that though, the flat tends to be fairly quiet.

The flat itself is very centrally located - Princes St is 15 minutes by foot and we have lots of local amenities right on our doorstep (Tesco, Lidl, Post Office, etc.). The flat is also surrounded by green spaces such as the Royal Botanical Gardens and the beautiful Water of Leith walkway. If you're active, we're just a short walk from Inverleith Park and a couple of gyms. If you have to commute, we have the 27, 23 and 8 buses which stop right outside our front door.

Rent plus bills come to just under £500 when split four ways (rent + internet + gas & electricity + council tax (band F)). The flat is managed by an agency on behalf of our landlord, and they stipulate the standard rules like no smoking, no pets, no couples, etc. The room is also let with the understanding that this will be on a long-term basis of at least one year. This means that we are unable to accept holiday or festival applicants.
